In partnership with, Shinko Pacific Inc., the company was founded in 2025 to extend regional service capabilities throughout the Pacific.

In 2025, the company transitioned to 3C1 Engineering Services, reflecting its evolution and commitment to providing broader and more specialized engineering solutions.
